These Uggs are absolute comfort for your feet. Soft and sooo warm. Feels like you are walking on pillows. They are on the slightly smaller side, although I purchased my normal size. You could size up especially if you wear thick socks with them. I’m considering purchasing a second pair of these as I love them so much!

When ordered I thoughtvI would be getting boots that are warm and comfortable, hugging my feet. Instead I got something more like hair, that are so uncomfortable I never wore them. Don't waste your money.

Ordered these shoes for my mum over Christmas time, got here in time but got a shock when they were dark coloured and complete wrong size and different style. Was not happy when I went to reorder they were out of stock. I also had ordered another pair of shoes for myself and ended up emailing me 2 weeks later saying unfortunately they are out of stock. Unpleasant experience especially over Christmas time.
